Undefined behaviour, when targeting non existing virtual desktop

Because a screen configuration can match without an exact or minimal number of virtual desktops, a window action can easily target a non existing virtual desktop.

What is the preferred behavior?

• Create enough VDs to allow moving the window to the specified VD
• Do not execute the window action
• Let the user define the behavior at layout level
