Tested with XIV-on-Mac Version 4.10.1 (126) on macOS 13.4.1 (22F82)
It seems the "Discord Rich Presence Wine Bridge" option currently has no effect because starting discord_presence.exe from inside XIV on Mac.app/Contents/Resources/ fails silently.
I tried using the settings toggle as well as File > Open... and then in the Wine-Explorer double clicking /Applications/XIV on mac.app/Contents/Resources/discord_presence.exe to no avail.
Checking the process list with ps ax | grep discord_presence shows no matching process and my discord status does not change either.
The only way I can currently get the rich presence to work is by copying discord_presence.exe to ~/Library/Application Support/XIV on Mac/wineprefix/drive_c/ and - every time I want to play - manually starting it using the previously mentioned File > Open... method.
