users allowed can invite other user to the field #1162

this is a issue because some player allowed can allow the entire server with th command [ /ps allow * ]
allowing the field grief.

i suggest that only the field owner can use the command [/ps allow].

Hey, I suggest you to check our new github page for support and also for downloading latest stable version (only for 1.15): https://github.com/elBukkit/PreciousStones/issues

About that, hmm let me check, yeah I guess that only the owner should do that!
