This project versus Arturia V lab B3 simulator

I was testing the sound of what I'm using to play each night against Arturia V lab B3 organ and - i feel this one is authentic.
Differences: There is a kind of electronic gate open sound on both, its more clicky on this ML one. That might just be related to how it is processed/filtered.
There are a few more aspects like drive, master volume that are pre-amp signal processing. They fatten up the sound a lot and of course various other effects are available.
This is why my next step is a pre-amp for the relatively thin sound coming from my DAC. I will put distrortion and overdrive elements with opamps (things like diode loops in the feedback) based on what i'm learning online. I want to have a digitally controlled level so there is the ability to interface volume pedal or even use velocity data to change the tone while playing. That would go off spec but its interesting for me.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes there are some points which can be improved. The click sound is one I want to work on soon again (only in the pro version).
The weakest point is the overdrive/distortion. It is just a poor simple algorithm. I have another one in queue with work a bit like a compressor also.
I tried some multichannel codecs also which would allow to insert external effects. Maybe that could be also a nice solution. In that case you could play with guitar effect pedals etc...

I don't mind the click so much ... but I'd like to have a non-fade out license of pro some day i hope. For now I use non-pro even though you let me trial the lib of pro.
Anyway, for now I'm going for external analog pre-amp electronics because that's another thing I am interested in.
I am truly happy to be working on these things. Slowed down a bit by building out the hardware lately.
