Some profiles return 200 status even profile not exist

Hello sir is there any solution to tackle with this problem
Apps like tiktok, trello when i search user it return the status 200 but when i click on the link it shows 404 page not found of profile not exist.

then you can just send another request to the link to check if it exists.
I don’t know how trello or tiktok act so im not sure it is best solution
