Feature request

Some page where a manager of the course can edit a course

  • Upload roster button
  • See list of users (email, externalId, display name)
  • Remove course users
  • Add individual course users

Display not found if they aren't supposed to see/ edit this info (api will 404 when they request, you just have to redirect to not found, or display that some way)
