This function has several issues related to start/end date and rel_prev time-variation. There has been a bit of work on this issue here in this private forecasting repo and in the join-timevar branch of McMasterPandemic.

  • Construct smaller reproducible example for a test in McMasterPandemic
  • Make the test pass
  • Update downstream forecasting code and renv lockfiles
