脚本中设置的运行时期是// @run-at document-start
但是，可以在脚本管理器中修改，请保持默认或者document-start

主要是document.documentElement.lang要求脚本在最早的时刻被注入并执行，否则无效

会是因为 1.9.3 吗 1.9.3 更新之后时间经常不翻译，大概有 2/3 的概率吧

【GreasyFork 托管】还没更新到 1.9.3，在等开发版基本稳定
