No Breed should not insta-eat

Describe the issue:

Currently, all cells except Leeches move to their food source's coordinates to consume it. Leeches are the only one that can consume energy from a distance. Other cells, like Vultures and Predators consume their food source instantly.

Propose a solution:

All cells should be able to eat from a distance and all cells use their bite to consume the corpse's energy over time. This will allow multiple cells to consume the same food source, if they share it.
