Pull Latest Weather from FAA with Button Press

Updating every 15 or 7.5 minutes or whatever is great when no one is looking at the map. Pings to the FAA's TDS all the time is probably not awesome. But in the absence of a display to show the latest weather pull time, it would great to have the map pull the latest weather for all stations on the map at the press of a physical button. Can probably be modeled after Bill Bryson's shutdown/reset/startup buttons.
