Export everything except specified labels

Hi lukelam,
First, thank you for your plugin that answer to a real need.
Could you had a enhancement that permit to filter some tags or folders rather than specify those that you want to export.

This is the use case :
I have a global personal database on my home desktop including :

• critical credentials like banking passwords,
• and commonly used credentials like social networks login
  When I export my database for my mobile, i split it into 2 databases,
• a common database that I transfer on my mobile phone
• a critical database that I keep on a secure usb key beside my phone (and that i could plug into the phone only when needed)

for the common database I want to add every new entry, except those having the CRITICAL Tag.
