This is a complete re-port of Fuse to bring it on par with Fuse.js v6 (instead of v3.6).

Breaking changes:

• PHP 7.3 is no longer supported (as it will be end-of-life in three months anyway).
• The public API and search logic changed according to the analogous changes in Fuse.js.
