What to exclude from CSS JS optimization to resolve following issues at Newspaper theme:

Menu and Signin button on the menu bar is not working. After multiple refreshing the page these works. https://sitenest.org
Pricing not working https://sitenest.org/switching-plans/
Fonts are not loading. After multiple refreshing the page fonts loads.
Social share buttons on left menu on mobile is not showing sometime.
