I wanted to thank you for making MitoZ. It has certainly helped me out quite a lot and I am thankful.
I have a query to ask however. I am using Docker to run my analysis as it takes care of all the dependencies. I wanted to ask that I looked into the databases provided inside, I did find a Platyhelminthes file. I am now trying to run a analysis which belongs to Platyhelminthes, however the there isn't any option for the clade. So is there any way I can run it in docker images for Platyhelminthes samples?
