Empty album's cover in banshee is too big with mint-x theme

The problem is specific for Mint-X-icon theme. Banshee gets icon, bigger then it should be. I was unable to find a reason

I get the same problem with the Gnome icon theme. Can you point me to an icon theme where this works as expected?

In these themes: Elementary, Humanity, High-Contrast, Compass, Oxygen, Tango

I have to admit I'm stumped on this one. I spent some time the other day diff'ing directories between Mint-X and one of the icon themes where this displays properly and I couldn't figure what the issue is. I feel like I'm missing something obvious but I can't put my finger on it.

I don't know what specific icon it's using. That's part of the issue.

Temporary solution:

sudo rm /usr/share/icons/Mint-X/mimetypes/48/audio-x-generic.png
sudo rm /usr/share/icons/Mint-X/mimetypes/48/gnome-mime-audio.png
sudo apt-get install librsvg2-bin
sudo sh -c 'rsvg-convert /usr/share/icons/Mint-X/mimetypes/96/audio-x-generic.svg -w 48 -h 48 -f svg > /usr/share/icons/Mint-X/mimetypes/48/audio-x-generic.svg'
cd /usr/share/icons/Mint-X/mimetypes/48/
sudo ln -s audio-x-generic.svg gnome-mime-audio.svg
gtk-update-icon-cache
killall banshee
