I was actually going to open an issue regarding this. Since many people would love to play this as a single player experience with bots, having AI opponents would be most paramount. I did a video demonstration of this Core in action, but utilized cloned controllers to controller the other 3.

I believe, in the original...all one had to do was get at least opponent 2 in game, then tap the number 2 on the keyboard to have them regain AI status.

Hey @KMFDManic ! Thanks for the video.
I need to think about that one. It's not that simple to integrate with retroarch as I don't know how to handle keyboard inputs.
But honestly, it's not on top of my TODO.
JnB is a party game, AI are boring.
So I'm not committing on this one (yet).
If anyone has an idea (or a even better a PR) on how to tackle this with RetroArch, you are very much welcome.

@loki666 I noticed you also started porting over the Super "Bros" War to your Repo, as well. You didn't yet allow issues on that. I successfully compiled it, as far as I can tell. What I am curious about, however, is in the info file, it states "game" as the file types that can be loaded. Any info you can give me on what exactly needs done to properly load content with the Core? I am attempting to do it for retropie 2, and not sure if the SDL 1/2 is the problem. I did update the submodules. Just figured you had already tested things, and thanks in advance for your input! Hoping to get it running soon:)

just drop an empty .game file (name doesnt matter) in the data folder, and load it as the core content

It would be awesome to see AI working someday! Especially for those low-end handheld devices which doesn't support networking or external controllers (so technically you're alone).
BTW it works really nicely on Miyoo arm32 fully playable, TY!
