A lot of the documentation (and some code) was suggested by Copilot (https://copilot.github.com/) attribution can be given on the relevant documentation.

• Use * to mark documentation where copilot had suggested a completion that required changing.
• Use ** to mark documentation where copilot had suggested a completion that required no changing.
• Use *** to mark assistance with code
• Add key explaining the above
