JSON, CSS, SVG, PNG, etc

Consider adding all of the basic non-module/script file types in imports. Though not all are on a standards track as far as I know, this functionality would be useful, people are used to this from Webpack et al, and I think a standards track is likely or at least not out of the question. I want to be careful though, I don't want to stray too far from the standards and create a mess
