Fixes and improvements for the Registry$df() method

  • Get column names and set standard order
  • Return empty data frame with columns if nothing found
  • Adjust column names starting with "_" ("X_column" -> ".column")
  • Add foreign IDs ("storage_id" etc.)
  • Output tibble
