Users did not know how to best map legacy ensembl IDs to the latest version.

Document how to map legacy Ids better. The current API has no example and we don't have it in any tutorial. https://docs.lamin.ai/bionty.base.gene#bionty.base.Gene.map_legacy_ids
Test map_legacy_ids for robustness. There were concerns that in many cases it can't map properly and we need to figure out when it works and when it doesn't.
Integrate the function into standardize with a defensive API design if it works robustly
