Describe the bug
The SaveNewChunks Setting sometimes creates a .csv file per second and doesn't collect them until you close Minecraft.

To Reproduce
I don't really know. It started after I created a plugin that accesses the .csv files from SaveNewChunks but it even does after I removed the plugin and restarted Minecraft.

You can fix it by cycling the module.
