Is it possible to do that with python4capella ?

I don't know what this dialog does nor how to access it. The best way to know what is does is to compare the model before and after using it. You can do that with git or other tools if you make a copy of the model. It should show what objects have been modified and also which references. From this you should be able to find corresponding Python or Java APIs to call in your script.
