Hello,
I have a website on Wordpress 6.1 using Wp Customer Area plugin for creating personal accounts to users so they can be attributed files and videos from the media library of wordpress. What happens is when using Videopack player, the video stops working after a few minutes, sometimes half an hour, and the website is unaccessible for a little while. Using the normal wordpress player solves the problem. Only hundreds of files have been attributed with videopack, which means they only have a line of code instead of their video for the moment.

It has been working well for 2 years, is there something I should do, otherwise how can the problem be solved ?

Thank you,

Benjamin COURTOIS

Sorry for the delay, the Thanksgiving holiday slowed me down a bit.

My first guess is that the player is trying to report statistics to the server and it's getting stuck in a loop somehow. In the Videopack settings page, scroll down to the Performance section and change the "Record views in the WordPress database" drop-down to "no"

If that doesn't work, try changing the Video Player option at the top of the settings page to "WordPress Default" or "None"
