storage-provisioner pod restarts when we write the more then 4GB data in the PV path (/tmp/hostpath-provisioner/external)

What Happened?

When ever we copy the huge file or when we take the backups to the persistence volume path storage-provisioner pod restarts
ex: i have copied the tar file in the minikube host path-provisioner path

when i untar the file

kube-api server go 0/1 and storage provision pod restarts

minikube resources
CPU - 30core used - 3 core
RAM - 200GB used - 73 GB
Disk - 600 GB used - 222 GB

minikube version - v1.30.1
k8s version - v1.30.0
