Is there a way to figure out of component has already been registered in Zoid?

When developing application that is loaded as Zoid's component and it has live reload, and live reload is triggering reload only inside an iFrame, the component registration process starts over and we're getting some weird behaviour.

I could't figure out from docs if there's an api to check whether the component was already registered or not.
