I figured out that my YI outdoor camera supports MQTT and I can delete the openCV motion detection plugin. I also deleted the PAN diff motion detection and video analysis plugin. This did help a little to reduce the memory usage but there is still only 0.3GB available. i deleted also the ffmpeg plugin. Not sure if this one was necessary for anything. It still works without so I guess that’s fine then. Is this normal behaviour ? A Raspberry Pi 4 with 2GB of Ram memory is out of memory with a homebridge, a few Zigbee items and one camera using scrypted? |

Hello! I use a RPi4 with 2GB. On the machine run a few docker container for my smart home: homebridge and scrypted.
i have noticed that my camera goes off and after a minute or so back online a few times a day. Also some buttons have watchdog issues. This lead me to see my memory is almost full. Of the 2GB are only 0.1 available. When looking up the command top I get python3 and here and there a ffmpeg which draw the most resources.
All I really need is to bring my RTSP camera to HKSV. Are there plugins which I can deactivate? What’s not necessary for HKSV?
[FFmpeg Camera Plugin]
[HomeKit]
[OpenCV Motion Detection]
[PAM Diff Motion Detection]
[Python Codecs]
[RTSP Camera Plugin]
[Rebroadcast Plugin]
[Scrypted Core]
[Snapshot Plugin]
[WebRTC Plugin]
RTP Sender is Scrypted and I don’t transcode.
Thanks!
