[Feature] Ability to toggle motion event forwarding for all cameras with single click

Sometimes we have tradespeople working at the house, and while I want their movements to be recorded, I dont want the notifications to be forwarded to HomeKit.
Apple home is weak here, because there is no central toggle to do this for all cameras, and worse, no toggle for all devices in a home.

Reasoning:

1. Motion events need to remain enabled on the camera, because long-term storage uses these messages (my long term storage is in the form of Synology Surveillance Station) - and these should absolutely be recording movements of even authorised tradespeople.
2. We don't need our phones etc pinging repeatedly while the visitors are on the property - but we shouldn't all have to go into Apple Home, then each camera, on each device to turn off notifications
3. We dont want the Apple HSV history to be loaded with these unnecessary recordings
4. Disabling (and re-enabling) notifications should be quick and easy - i.e a single toggle for the HomeKit plugin "Forward Motion Events to Apple Home" - enabled by default (of course). I'm sure some would also find it helpful to also have a toggle at each camera - but that's not necessary for my use case

Additional request - if this toggle could be exposed to Home Assistant through an integration - that would be fantastic. I can imagine saying "Hey Siri, turn off camera alerts" and "Hey Siri, turn on camera alerts" - quick, and easy.
