Build for arm64

Perhaps this is a long shot, given the age of the project. But JDK builders like Liberica/BellSoft don't even offer a 32bit download anymore (see https://bell-sw.com/pages/downloads/ , JDK 17 LTS). Instead, an ARM build is offered. Thus it would be cool if COM4J supported ARM64 instead of Intel 32 bit.
