GraphQL comments in non-acsii encoding under Windows

Hello!

I have in graphl schema file following description in cyrillic:

type Action {
    "Идентификатор действия"
    id: String

    "Значение/название действия"
    value: String
}

After code generation under Windows I have generated java file with broken encoding:

This problem is not reproducible on Mac.

I'm using gradle task for code generation.

Help please to fix this issue.
I tried some adviсes from here but unsuccessful
