Create Script for Bulk Oncotree Update

Curation has a script that allows them to do a bulk update (heme tree) inside Graphite
Compare changes between old/new excel files (representing the trees)

Technical Description (How are we going to achieve the above)

• Tool for uploading/manipulating an excel file (depending on options available in Graphite)
• Will need to take an easily manipulated file (e.g. TSV) that curation can enter changes into and convert it into compatible format
• Need to find specific fields that curation needs to provide input on
