Trace Seq Date Usage

• Remove Seq date from git repo - or move to *-private repo
• Confirm where seq data file is being used -- if it's being used for calculations, make sure data is still available for processing before being removed from git repo
• Check Sophia/GENIE dependency and update to CDM provided date
