installation in ntsc system

I have a question, to implement it on an NTSC console, is it necessary to change the circuit or do you just change the pin connections on the TIA chip?

Thank you very much for the answer, I will make the necessary adaptations to the NTSC pinout and I will do the tests and return here soon with the result, thank you again.
