Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the only supported date and time formats are the default following two:

  • Dates: YYYY-MM-DD
  • Timestamps: HH:MM:SS

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability to specify custom date and time formats for the displayDate & displayTimestamp options.
