Feature Request

We're currently using a custom fork with refilled addresses. Normally the changes have been merged to ef-tests main, and we should be able to use ethereum/tests v14.0 instead of our custom fork.

If not - investigate what's wrong and report back.

My Background
Hi, I’m a computer science professional with experience in quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, and user testing. I also have a background in web development and databases. Although this is my first open-source contribution, I’m highly motivated to contribute and willing to conduct thorough research to resolve any challenges that arise. I believe my testing expertise and web development skills will be valuable in ensuring smooth integration and functionality for this issue. You can reach me on Telegram at "https://t.me/llamitaOnfire" for further collaboration.

How I Plan on Tackling This Issue
Familiarizing with Ethereum/tests 14.0: I will start by reviewing the Ethereum/tests 14.0 suite to understand its structure and specific test cases. This will allow me to align the custom fork testing with the requirements of this version.

Implementing the Custom Fork Tests: I will adapt the project’s testing setup to run against the Ethereum/tests 14.0. This will involve ensuring compatibility and setting up the necessary configurations to integrate these tests into the custom fork.

Ensuring Full Test Coverage: I will ensure that the tests comprehensively cover all required functionalities, focusing on both the core aspects of the fork and any additional features that need to be tested. I will prioritize writing clear and maintainable test cases.

Testing and Debugging: Once the tests are implemented, I will run them across the fork to identify any issues. If problems arise, I’m prepared to debug and resolve them, utilizing additional research if necessary.
Providing Detailed Feedback: After completing the testing process, I will provide feedback on test coverage, potential improvements, and any issues discovered during the process.

Looking forward to working on this and contributing to the project!
