Can I get some explicit instructions on changing the page's title?

I've read keanemind's post to add an _index.md file to the portfolio folder, but I'm having trouble getting it to show up on my site. Is there something else I have to do?

Hey @blakeobeans just create a new .md file in the portfolio folder and add this inside of it:

title = "The name you want to be displayed in the title"
+++
