Trying to start Server with this command

Cd Skyoffice: yarn && yarn start
On Bcrypt getting error. Please help me out I' did reinstall npm and nodejs a lot time but same error keep coming. Kevin. Help or anyone else . Please
Client side its working

I did before was working but now not
