How to find a pattern in text?

Hi!
I have a peg rule named command that matches some string (details are not important).

I want to find all entries of this in a random text and return a Vector with all matches.

So far, I have come up with this abomination:

pub rule command() -> Command
// omitted for brivety

rule not_command()
= (!command() [_])

pub rule commands() -> Vec<Command>
= not_command()* c:(command() ** (not_command()*)) not_command()* {
	c
}

... which I believe is terribly inefficient.

What would be a proper way to achieve this result?
