Feature Request: Adding support for upgradeable programs

We are using anchor + upgradeable programs, and as part of testing we are doing initialization checks based on certain state that is persisted in the program data account.

Since the current bankrun startup only supports deployment of programs through BPFLoader2, we would like to request for an option to perform upgradeable deployments when deploying to the test environment.
