builder-config2 ansible / Azure credentials expired

During test run of ansible recipe over vagrant noticed error message from azure cloud, during step "Azure CLI set auth credentials".
I filtered message as it might contain confidential info, most important is:

ERROR: AADSTS7000222: The provided client secret keys for app 'http://kernelci-bot-sp' are expired. I think we'll be in a much better position to address these issues with the new Azure account, which should hopefully become active this week.
