Firewall or antivirus may be blocking the connection

Few days ago I deleted antivirus from my PC and now I have only standart protection in Windows 10.
Have this log:

[21:42:30] [ERROR] > Failed to load game data: Failed to fetch game data from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kel-z/HSR-Data/main/output/min/game_data_with_icons.json (Firewall or antivirus may be blocking the connection.)

I haven't had this problem in previous times

This is an issue outside of the application and I'm not too familiar with why raw.githubusercontent.com is blocked sometimes. Are you able to open that URL on your internet browser?

I also see that you are based in Moscow, so I wonder if raw.githubusercontent.com is just blocked in Russia. Do you have a VPN you can try?
