Color correction during video streaming

We need to play with the image colors beyond what is possible with WB/Exposure/Saturation.
Is it possible to control the color effect of the rpi camera (-cfx / --colfx in raspivid) during video streaming?

Apparently the cfx option is not at all what I need (it fixes the U and V values for the entire frame)

What can actually be beneficial is to control the white balance gains (-awbg in raspivid)
Is that something that can be added to RWS?
