disentangle dependencies between fixers

Currently, most fixers won't work without the namespace fixer – so perhaps this should be made implicit/mandatory. (Many target representations have not been available in PRImA's 2013 version yet.)

But there might be other interdependencies (at the moment we rely on the order in which the methods are defined).
