SYNOPSIS

Converts to a universal time.

SYNTAX

ConvertTo-KshUniversalTime [-Value] <DateTime> [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Converts a local time as defined by the site to a universal.

EXAMPLES

Example 1

PS C:\> ConvertTo-KshUniversalTime -Value '2001-01-01:00:00:00+09:00'

Converts to a universal time.
