Update dependencies for Truffle project and React app #5

In packages.json, current version of web3 requires deprecated version of scrypt, move to version 1.2.6

In app/packages.json, current versions of drizzel are outdated, change depencies to:

  "dependencies": {
    "@drizzle/react-components": "^1.5.1",
    "@drizzle/react-plugin": "^1.5.1",
    "@drizzle/store": "^1.5.1",
    "react": "^16.11.0",
    "react-dom": "^16.11.0",
    "react-scripts": "3.2.0"
  }

In app/ change all references to drizzle packages according to Truffle Drizzel Box
