Add support for tags

To be able to browse between dashboards quickly and to add visible relations it would be nice to be able to use the links feature where one can add one or more tags to dynamically add links below the header of the dashboard.

An example could be that you want to add a cadvisor tag to quickly navigate from your application dashboard to the cAdvisor to get more details about the container.
