[Enhancement] Exclude certain users from word ban list

So I can exclude streamer-senpai from the ban list in case he says anything.

I'm not sure if its worth the trouble to implement a customiseable whitelist. Maybe just check info.from in Room.prototype.addMessage and do a hardcoded whitelist for the streamer?

Alternatively, it might be possible to test if a user is an admin by inspecting info.labels.
