[docs] Link to configuration files triggers Google Unsafe warning

Issue description

In this documentation page https://jpanther.github.io/congo/docs/installation/, the hyperlink embedded in 'or download a copy from GitHub' triggers in Firefox/Google an unsafe download warning.
I've reported it to Google as false positive, but perhaps an alternative may be needed?

In any case, thanks for making this amazing theme (and superb docs),
