How to use cola on binary matrix?

Hi,

Is there a way to use cola on a binary matrix? I would probably need to use jaccard similarity of rows (genes) or columns (samples) as the distance metric. I was wondering what would be the most straightforward way to go about it would be in order to make it work with the binary matrix input. Thank you!
