Whenever I open Tumblthree, I get the error message. When I hover over it, it says that it was an internal error description. I've disabled my anti virus and firewall, and I also allowed TumblThree through my firewall but nothing fixes it. I've also tried running Tumblthree as an admin.

If you can download your blogs, then there is no issue.
The new privacy consent/ToS should only be relavant for EU users (GDPR). I've personally never encoutered this issue, but I also have a direct internet connection within the EU (no proxy/VPN). I've never encountered all these problems the people here seem to have.
Thus, I've added this message because TumblThree couldn't agree to the ToS for you. But if you are not in the EU, it shouldn't be relevant. If you are in the EU, it might be relevant. But I am only guessing, because for me this never has happened.
So, it would be nice if you can answer these quesions:
Are you in the EU? If not, where do you live? US, Asia?
Can you crawl/download any blogs?
Do you use a proxy, vpn or a direct connection to the internet?
I can't add blogs, crawl, or log in to authenticate my likes so I can download them as well. If I try to log in, it immediately freezes and closes down. I can't download anything.
I'm not in the EU, I'm in the US and Tumblr is implementing a new TOS tomorrow (or have implemented it already). I can't crawl/download any blogs and I don't use a proxy or VPN
