When adding or syncing modules (and the root project is a git repository too), the git user and email should be set in the newly created module(s) too. They are inherited from the root project.
Maybe this behaviour need to be put behind an option flag (activating or (preferably) deactivating)
There should be a subcommand to set these options for a specific submodule or all modules at once.
